| "My husband and I have been working with Rob Peterson since June, 2005, on obtaining a construction loan and permanent financing for our new home. As you are undoubtedly aware, the amount of work that goes into preparing for the building of a new home is enormous, and is a journey not for the faint of heart. There was one area though that proved smooth sailing and in fact was a pleasurable experience; namely, working with Rob in the financing for our venture. As an attorney, I deal with business men and women, and other professionals on a routine basis. I have grown accustomed to meeting with a high level of competence from those that I deal with in my line of work, as well as in my husband's and my other business matters. This is the first time I have ever written specifically to comment on an individual's professionalism. My husband and I are very impressed with Rob's handling of our financing.
