| "My husband and I have been working with Rob Peterson since June, 2005, on obtaining a construction loan and permanent financing for our new home. As you are undoubtedly aware, the amount of work that goes into preparing for the building of a new home is enormous, and is a journey not for the faint of heart. There was one area though that proved smooth sailing and in fact was a pleasurable experience; namely, working with Rob in the financing for our venture. Rob's level of knowledge and expertise was impressive. We spoke with a number of other mortgage brokers and lenders prior to contacting Rob. Suffice it to say, after our initial contact with Rob, we never spoke with another potential lender. Rob's expertise was only surpassed by his outstanding dedication to customer service. Every time I spoke with Rob over the phone, or sent him an e-mail with (yet another) question, he was very professional, courteous, respectful and always had the correct answer. Rob never let an e-mail or phone message go unanswered and he was always prompt in returning my calls, or having someone else at the office contact me when he was unavailable. It is seldom that my husband or I have come across such excellent service coupled with a high degree of knowledge as possessed by Rob. As an attorney, I deal with business men and women, and other professionals on a routine basis. I have grown accustomed to meeting with a high level of competence from those that I deal with in my line of work, as well as in my husband's and my other business matters. This is the first time I have ever written specifically to comment on an individual's professionalism. My husband and I are very impressed with Rob's handling of our financing. It has been our good luck to have stumbled upon Rob in the first instance (we live in Arizona and I understand your bank is situated in Pennsylvania), and our good fortune to have him assist us and work with us on the financing of our new home. Again, working with Rob has been the best part of this process, and will probably only be matched when my husband and I walk through the front door of our new home for the first time. Our hats off to Rob. " |
